By accessing or using CanaryFlow you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CanaryFlow is a SaaS platform that automates WhatsApp conversations with vacation rental guests using artificial intelligence, allowing the owner or manager to step in when needed.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

During the validation phase, the service may be offered free of charge. CanaryFlow reserves the right to change beta programme conditions, including pricing and features, with prior notice.

• Use the service lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations
• Comply with WhatsApp and Meta policies when managing guest conversations
• Provide accurate information about properties and configured responses
• Not use the service for spam, illegal content or fraudulent activities

AI-generated replies are indicative only. The owner or manager is responsible for reviewing and supervising conversations and intervening when necessary.

CanaryFlow and its software, design and content are owned by Hugo Almaguer Mendoza. No licence is granted beyond use of the service under these terms.

CanaryFlow is provided «as is». We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of AI replies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

You may cancel your account at any time. CanaryFlow may suspend or cancel access if you breach these terms or for operational reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
